If I'm not mistaken they both take in more in government assistance than they collect in federal taxes. So they're a drag on the rest of us. Let's follow the GOP mantra and cut them off.

California, which send out 64 cents of every federal tax dollar, would love to see those bastard leechers leave the Union. Once they are gone, blue states can take the cash sent to support red states and use the money more wisely than red states can ever dream of using it.
