6:41 PM PT: Ron Paul says of course unemployment insurance should be privatized, but adds that he wouldn't support immediately cutting it off. First, he says, he wants to go after wasteful military spending.

6:43 PM PT: Romney says the top income tax bracket should be 25%. Gingrich says he wants a 15% flat tax. Santorum says 28% is his top bracket. Paul says 0%.
