Tornadic weather not done yet
There is a large long tracker still on the ground between Murfreesboro and Woodbury TN along with 4 other warnings in MS and AL. Youre going to see widespread damage and unfortunately fatalities come daylight. Unofficially over 70 tornadoes so far. Theres been at least 1 tornado warning or more ongoing for 26 hours straight and its not stopping. I can't tell you how rare that is. This will be a storm for the record books.

2. Lot of energy for 3AM, and a warm southwest flow here in Upstate SC
Strong, warm, moisture-laden Gulf winds feeding in ahead of the line. I hope the storm line’s energy cools down before it gets here mid-morning. But lots of red boxes still showing on my radar ap.

4. Thunder woke me up 30 minutes ago.
The storm line is just getting to me in Huntsville. There's a tornado warning for the north edge of Madison County for a storm tracking along the Tennessee - Alabama border, and one passing south of me in Morgan County.

6. Woke up to loud thunder at 4 am in East TN
Lots of thunder and lightening and pouring rain. I see on the tornado tracker the tornados are to the northeast and southeast of me. Hoping they don't move into the mountains any further.
Dogs and I are ready to go to the basement if the tornados get any closer. |
