A day later and another right-wing creep is trying to keep pace:

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld isn’t bothered that a 38-year-old teacher allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old student—he’s just upset that she might go to jail for it.

“I’m sorry, come on! Sixteen years old? I would have died for that,” Gutfeld said during Monday’s edition of Gutfeld!

Katherine Timpf, one of Gutfeld’s co-hosts, disagreed.

“Again, I am vehemently against banging kids,” Timpf said. “I can’t believe how many times I’ve had to say that just sitting in this chair.”

Tracy Vanderhulst, a math teacher at Yucaipa High School in California who was named the school’s “teacher of the year” in 2017, was arrested and charged with statutory rape on Thursday after police said she slept with a 16-year-old student.

You know, in non-RW circles, most people never have to deny that they are for "banging kids".

It's not a subject that comes up for debate.

But in wing-nut land, there is enough support for "banging kids" that they actually have to discuss the pros and cons.

...they so want to bang kids, that energy has to be redirected to ... what ... Democrats are sex trafficking young girls!!! The Dems are perverts!!

But these days they are discovering that lots of other guys wanna bang kids too, so they're able to pass a law! Kentucky! South Carolina! Tennessee!

5. saying the quiet part out loud... over and over.....

they only discuss the sex, which they clearly approve of. Not the abuse of power, which they are also all for. It's the same reason they are for allowing sexual harrassment in the workplace, in schools, in church, or sports programs.

They secretly long to be able to exert control over a child/adult they find sexually attractve (and it isn't always the opposite sex).

Some of them remember the "good old days" when every manager had a secretary, and nobody talked about what they put them through. There were no rules, or laws, and if the person complained, they were terminated.

That existed in the 80's and 90's, and probably beyond. But I definately remember it when I firt started as a grunt engineer in high tech companies.
