1 - Biden is the most GOP underrated presidential opponent in history and just rope a dopes them in every fight.
2 - the way Jeffries worked McCarthy for the Democratic votes he needed
3 - and what Schumer did procedurally yesterday and today to expedite passage.
Everything just screams Institutional Competence and Procedural Knowledge!
The only one on their side who knows what he's really doing is Moscow Mitch.
McCarthy is a dumpster fire clown show about to get flogged and potentially deposed by his own people.
The GOP took America hostage and didn't get the real ransom they wanted:
a government shutdown and chaos they could use to weaken Biden and benefit them politically in 2024.
Political skill, retail politics, institutional knowledge, and time earned experience defeated the GOP and rescued the hostage with no shots fired.
Politically this was like Biden killed Bin Laden tonight.
That's the scale we are talking about here even if people don't realize yet.

THERE IS NOTHING ELSE IN THE GOP PLAYBOOK BETWEEN NOW AND NOV 2024.
The shutdown was the whole Right Wing game plan and it's over.
All they have now til then is "BIden is so feeble and hides in a basement"
Yeah, except when he's there to own you in the Art of the Deal and disarming your one bullet gun like taking Barney Fife's pistol.
Because Democrats are way better at running Washington DC than Republicans.
