She will likely be the judge handling arraignment, if it isn't Reinhart. But if she is the initial trial judge she will set travel restrictions.

My guess is she will declare deference to a former potus who is campaigning and not place travel restrictions on him.

She bent over backwards to be deferential during the Civil trial, to the point of ignoring law and precedent. This would be nothing to her.
