He held a lottery for seats directly behind him at his arraignment.

9. Yeah, have gone to federal court hearings and seating was simply first-come. In big cases the

journalist seating may be limited and selective, but can't figure out how any public seating could be "sold" to attendees.

But that's not how it works.

I guess he could "sell" seats to suckers, just as anyone could, but those seats don't belong to him.

So that would just be a grift.

First, its not anywhere on the CBS News website and its big enough news that it would be if there was anything to it.

Second, admission to the court room was on a first come, first served basis.
