The PEOPLE of Georgia are the ones who saw the evidence and decided to indict and the PEOPLE of Georgia will judge them based on the evidence guilty or not guilty

A grand jury makes the call. Prosecutors have significant leeway in what's presented as evidence to a grand jury but it's still the grand jury's call if an indictment can be made.

VIncent Bugliosi (the prosecutor who put Charles Manson) wrote a book entitled "The Prosecution of George Bush for Murder". It was a step-by-step outline for any prosecutor whose jurisdiction lost someone to BushCheneyCo's illegal war in Iraq. Detailed instructions to convict Bush for the murder of anyone killed in Iraq.

A group raised enough money to send a copy to every single prosecutor in the US. Not one prosecuted him.

Willis has incredible courage for this, and it should be acknowledged.

Fani Willis started investigating Trump in March of 2021 and has been the impetus for these indictments.

Also, maybe people are not aware of this, but Fani will most likely not be the lead prosecutor when this goes to trial.
