I don't understand 4x Indicted Guy's endgame. He's wishing harm and death to all these people, yet if a single person is harmed, he will be imprisoned. He might scare jurors, but a judge will lock his ass up and gag him, pretrial. Or at least, I hope so?

It’s 1A covered free speech. As long as he just implies someone should be killed without directly instructing someone to do it, the law will only punish the MAGAt that does the harm, not the person that inspires them.

the mob boss defense. he is in the courtroom for 1 reason, to intimidate the judge. When Trump said "people should do something about this judge," they understand what he means, and so does the judge. When a judge has to have 24/7 police protection why assume he/she will throw the book at Trump?
