I read a while back that Biden was not giving Trump secret docs every President gets because of this whole secret docs case.so does this still stand in light of the SC moving him to full immunity? How could this traitor get ahold of these secrets ,or am I missing something? I fear for our country and lives .I feel like I felt in 2016? Now he is braging.How could this be happening in the US? I am again staying away from news and politics. I am getting all I can to vote because we are in danger with this evil monster.I am so sick of him. Why don't he just go away ?

1. SCOTUS didn't make a decision on immunity.

They only made a decision on the Colorado ballot thing... 9-0 that a State can't kick someone of the ballot.

4. So much to untangle here. But relax... for now. ;)

First, yes, former presidents and vice presidents are traditionally granted access to security briefings as a courtesy. It's just something presidents have done between themselves as a gesture more than anything else. The information is screened, and while sensitive, it isn't the highest and most sensitive info.

But not to worry, President Biden withdrew permission for the former idiot and traitor to see anything classified, so he doesn't get any briefings.

He will also be entitled (again, by tradition but not law) to classified briefings once he becomes his parties official nominee, but the president can opt to with hold classified information from those briefings.

The immunity case will have absolutely no bearing on any of this. It will only (potentially) impact any crimes he committed while in office.

So have no fear, he has no current access to classified docs, other than what CIPA and the court allow him to prepare for his case in Florida. Of course, if he regains power, forget it.
