1. All they can do is ask him (you know it'll be a man)

how he came to the not guilty decision.
Ask him to cite the evidence that led him there.
Then try to slowly and gently show him what a dumbass he is.

And do you remember the Trump-supporting juror who voted to convict Paul Manafort and who afterwards said she'd "left her MAGA hat in the car"? So far the juries in the other Trump-related cases have followed the law; why would this one be any different?

If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;

see it may well be f...king with them. They have all been reported to be attentive and I suspect they are honoring their commitments not to view reporting or other info during the trial--but they knew the media circus surrounding the trial and what that would mean well before jury selection. It would hardly mean that they were not serious about their role or the proceedings to occasionally throw a readily confused/misleading look or two around the courtroom. I might have been tempted as well. (at least I hope that is the case)...

No use worrying about it.

Based on reports about the jury deliberation there is not a problem.

7. Honestly, you agree to find Trump not guilty (because of (un)reasonable doubt) on some of the more aggregious charges

Often juries will agree if they cannot agree on all charges they can at least agree on some of the lesser ones.

Get the holdout to agree that Trump has a history of paying off victims like McDougal. Get the holdout to agree Trump likes to obscure the payments for such silence. Get the holdout to agree that having the story come out that having sex with a porn star while he was married would have hurt Trump with his religious voting base. Get the holdout to agree that Trump was known to micromanage all of his businesses finances. Get the holdout to agree just as Trump paid off McDougal, Trump was at least partially responsible for the direction and payment of having Ms. Daniels stay silent about their sexual affair and that such payment was misusing business dollars as campaign funds.

Also I would ask the holdout if they believed it is justice if the wealthy are able to buy themselves out of taking responsibility for their actions? Do they honestly believe members of the jury or their friends and family members, if in the same situation, have the same opportunity to buy people off to make problems they caused go away. Imagine, if Trump is allowed to pay off Ms. Daniels, what is to stop him from attempting to pay off a judge or jury member?
