Life long Milwaukee resident, trump is not popular here. The only reason the rnc decided on Milwaukee is because of Wisconsin being considered a swing state. The gop response to his comment stated it was in reference to crime and “voter fraud” in Milwaukee, of which there was none noted. All the younger people l know are very politically active and absolutely none of them vote republican.

GOP response to his denigrating comment, is because of the crime and “voter fraud” ( translation, Milwaukee didn’t vote for me, so it’s due to fraud). All the young people I know are very politically active and do not support the republicans at all.
