They DID NOT say that everything EVERY President does is above the law... what they said was anything a President does MIGHT be above the law IF it was deemed to be an official act. Who determines this... well ultimately it is the SCOTUS... even if a lower court says "we don't think inciting a riot at the capital to delay the counting of the electoral college vote is the act of a President', the decision can be appealed to the SCOTUS who can rule that it is an official act.

So Joe CANNOT do many of the things that have been suggested here... because he could face trial and conviction for them but TFG can do these things if he gets back into power because he can count on SCOTUS to always back him.

The ONLY course of action is to arrest the 4 conservatives of SCOTUS and throw their asses into Gitmo essentially for life... Leave Roberts as a figure head conservative Chief, and name 4 new members "to restore balance to the Supreme Court as an official act".

When the MAGAts try to start a war over this, we must be ready.
