This forced resignation of Biden angers me

First, vote blue no matter who. That goes without saying.

I am beyond PISSED that we've let the media force our candidate out. I'm upset with the big corporate donors forcing our candidate out. It is disgusting and subverts our democratic process.

I respect Biden's decision, but I can't help but feel it wasn't truly his decision. He was backed into a corner. If he truly felt he couldn't continue for four years, he should have stayed in through the election and, once he won, step down shortly after the inauguration. Just my opinion.

I send my support to Joe and his family. I'm sorry his career ended in a pathetic coup led by corporate interests: the media and big donors.

Unless we aren’t privy to something, Biden would have done fine running in the general election.

now the democratic party is fractured— like in 1968 and 1972 and in other years, making the way for an existential threat like Felon 34x to win.

We should have stuck with Biden, let him
have his day on Jan 20. After Jan 21, passes the torch to VP Harris.

If Harris is not on the democratic ticket, it exposes the DNC as being as racist, and misogynist as the RNC. They already exposed ageist.

He has withdrawn from running for re-election. Big difference. He is still POTUS.

Never start a thread when angry! I'll use the anger to support whomever is our nominee.

add the option of Biden himself realized he doesn't have the strength. Do you really think he himself didn't know he was getting weaker, and seriously worried about 4 1/2 more years of presidency? Please stop pretending Joe could jog up stairs like 4 years ago. Even he knew it was hard for him to board air force 1.
