(2,952 posts)As Business Insider reports, attorneys representing artist and Epstein victim Rina Oh Amen have repeatedly tried to get the Elon Musk-owned social network to provide them access to her locked-out accounts.
In response to those subpoenas, however, lawyers for X told the attorneys that they should ask Oh Amen even though the information release demands were sent at her behest.
The subpoenas came amid legal disputes between the artist and Virginia Giuffre, perhaps the most well-known Epstein victim due to her allegedly being recruited at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

Every click to xitter is a donation to Trump.
Advertisers look at site traffic to decide on spending ad money. Every view of twitter puts money in Musk;s pocket. Musk is using his money to finance Trump.
It's hard to totally avoid xitter. I suggest two things:
-quote the tweet: copy&paster or describe in text. This reduces traffic from hundreds of views to one
-search for and post alternative sources. I've done this several times recently, and always found reputable alternatives to xitter, often the sources which xitter stole

(8,796 posts)And that is how CEOs get fired from their own companies. Im sure the board of directors is getting an earful from the stock holders. Stock holders care much more about their money than politics. Musk only owns 20% of Tesla. I would not be surprised if they cut his throat for this crap.

* Tesla chair Robyn Denholm joked that she wished Twitter, now X, didn't exist.
* Tesla CEO and X owner Elon Musk's posts on the platform have got him into trouble in the past.
* Denholm admitted to the FT that she has "tough conversations" with Musk over his posts.
Elon Musk's social media posts have a history of getting him into trouble and Tesla's chair has admitted they sometimes catch her off guard, too.
