Trump implemented broader-based sanctions that probably hastened/worsened the economic collapse that has led to the exit of more than 7.5 million from that country.

Tonight Maggie Haberman called Trump a "man of few moves." The panel was discussing how diminished Trump has been looking and acting, his slurring, his rambling, etc.
