I daresay readers of this post will agree with me that no, he cannot win, without lots of shenanigans that will put underlings on the stand in court or in prison.
However, it would be a good frame to start seeing people ask this question aloud in public forums:
"Can Trump be elected without cheating?"
- Having MAGA election officials refuse to certify legitimate voter intent is cheating (and, illegal).
- Allowing access to voting systems by unauthorized people is cheating.
- Challenging election results is not cheating, but using election challenges that lack legitimate facts in an attempt to run out a clock on certification deadlines is cheating.
- As proven already, attempting "alternate electors" BS is cheating.
I know the MAGA folks, who otherwise do not present themselves as having any intelligence, are quite creative and persistent about finding loopholes they can exploit, rather than the traditional approach of winning by getting elected.
The sooner we start letting everyone know that we expect cheating, the harder it will be to ignore the cheating when it inevitably happens.

Think. Again.

(12,900 posts)of the people wins. That was Trump in 2016. With no electoral college we would never have had that crackpot as president.

No, he could not win without cheating, but cheating started long before election day.
