Patrick Swayze died 15 years ago at age 57

He passed away September 14, 2009. If he were still alive, he'd be 72 right now. While I have no idea what his politics were, I was a big fan of him and his movies. Patrick, we all miss you dearly.

I saw it when I was little and was scared by the demons that came at the end and pulled the killer into hell.

4. If you're not an old duffer yet, there's a lot of people dying coming your way. Every day it will be someone.

A favorite childhood actor, musician, school mate, childhood friend and their parents. It will be relentless, without relent. And finally...the bell tolls for thee as it will for all of us.

there was any character type that he couldn’t play with conviction. While Dirty Dancing, Roadhouse and Ghost are deserving of praise, his lesser publicized shows are worth a look as well. If you have not watched “Next of Kin”, I highly recommend it. Also, his last work, “The Beast”. Sadly, only one season. “The Last Dance” has incredibly beautiful dancing. “City of Joy” is moving, heartbreaking and uplifting all at the same time. Same with “To Wong Foo…”, which also manages to make one laugh, even as it makes you see a different perspective.

Gosh I just might have to check out my dvd shelf today…
