Georgia Judge Orders President to Appear at Hearing.

16. Here is more info regarding the SIX pending ballot challenges that are filed against Pres Obama

Right now there are currently 6 ballot challenges against President Obama (4 in Georgia, 2 in Texas), the complaints filed are basically saying that since Obama's father was born in Kenya and not a US citizen that Barack Obama is not a 'natural born citizen'. There was one other challenge filed and it was dismissed and now in the Appeals Court.

This was an open and shut case to have quashed and somehow the defense counsel managed to f it up. As it turns out, there is a worse attorney than Orly Taitz.

On the other hand, I would be on the floor howling with laughter, if Obama jumped on Air Force One (remember Orly, YOU have to pay for his travel expenses), flew down to Georgia, and presented a brand-spanking new and crisp copy of his birth certificate. The judge in this hearing (Yes, Orly, a hearing, not a trial you keep pretending it is) will have no choice but to accept it, thus turning the hearing into a joke.

The Judge set a date for a consolidation hearing. As best I can decipher, there are 5 plaintiffs and this hearing is designed to combine all 5 cases to save the state/court money and time.

I'm not finding an order of subpoena for the president...

Judge Malihi used to have blank subpoenas available, complete with his signature at the required line, on his section of the GA courts website, presumably for the legitimate use within Georgia (I'm not a lawyer, but it's my understanding that they are entirely acceptable within state jurisdiction).

Orly Taitz found about this and has since been churning out subpoenas by the minute. The blank subpoenas have since been removed from Judge Malihis website, but Orly still has them and is still insisting that they are proper and valid, even when served on out-of-state/jurisdiction recipients.
