US drs in Gaza tell of horrific conditions

Besides the horrible traumatic injuries - American drs are seeing lots of meningitis because of no water to bathe, sewage everywhere, no meds etc. Dr are having to amputate peoples feet because many now don’t have shoes and are getting bad foot infections and there are no antibiotics.

To say there is unspeakable, unfathomable unprecedented suffering in Gaza still doesn't do it justice.

The doctor says conditions have worsened, "as they were orchestrated to do".

He means now come the effects of lack of medical treatment on diabetics, heart patients, asthmatics, newborns etc. Aside even from the lack of care for the burned, wounded, amputated. Why was the medical system destroyed and medicines, supplies and baby formula obstructed/withheld if not exactly for this outcome?

And of course the effects of drinking water from sewage puddles, as the doctor described some children are doing. Diseases, epidemics, deaths. Why were all water and sanitation treatment centres and infrastructure destroyed, if not exactly for this outcome?

This is what a genocide IS.
