3. I'm going to take some cold comfort in watching

Trump lie and bullshit his way out of explaining why he can't get the price of eggs and houses down without causing a big recession and the reaction of the low information voters that bought into his campaign bullshit.
I have a sense that a lot of his votes came from people that think there is another round of checks with his signature coming their way like during covid.

5. They'll regret this

I don't understand how they can think Trump's tariffs or mass deportations will make things cheaper. I'm expecting prices to skyrocket if Trump actually gets to do what he says he will. I don't know how much food we import, but I imagine it isn't an insignificant amount so those will go up by at least 10% if I recall Trump's tariff rate.

then to building houses, replace roofs and remodeling your house is going to go sky high if you can get the workers.
