The Democrats don't have to do a thing. Santorum and Romney and their respective supporters will now spend millions upon millions to remind the voters about the REAL Gingrich!

The Democrats need to save their money and start building up the congressional and senatorial war chests.

To be president one must:

1. Be at least 35.

2. Have lived in the US for 14 years prior

3. Be a natural born citizen.

Do you have any other questions?

“The House voted overwhelmingly yesterday to reprimand House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) and order him to pay an unprecedented $300,000 penalty, the first time in the House’s 208-year history it has disciplined a speaker with ethical wrongdoing.” (The Washington Post, 1/22/97)

the dough boy run knowing all the baggage he has. Lets face it the democrats will be nasty as can be because the learned from the King of Hate Newt who in a short time destroyed the congress with his no compromise and hate of liberals that he would rather see the shot if he could get away with it. He is a coward for not serving in the military. He avoid enlisting. Nothing but a coward.

It is not a partisan character flaw which makes guys like Cain, Newt, Hart, or Edwards carry on the way they do.

And throw in Spitzer and Vitter, too.

It's a shame because Hart, Edwards, and Spitzer were otherwise okay. I thought Hart had a good shot at the nomination and he was my favorite at the time.

It astounds me that so many people seem to have forgotten the Newt Gingrich of the 90s and his track record.

That's how.

I am still rubbing my jaw from the pain I felt when it dropped to the floor
as I watched C-Span coverage of a group of his followers- "True Believers" if you will,
saying how they trusted him and felt he represented their "family values."
What, are these people cave dwellers?
Can they not read?
Do they not remember what happened yesterday, much less ten years ago?
I mean, seriously- WHAT the fuck is in the water causing this brain damage?
