How interesting. The repukes are always so forceful about preserving religious freedom when it comes to government not dictating terms pertaining to the church and marriage, birth control, abortion, etc.. But the republican controlled state of Michigan passes a bill stating that churches can no longer be gun free zones. This was done after more than 600 churches signed onto a resolution authored at the Detroit Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church calling for the bill to fail.

Of course, the police and schools don’t want this rammed down their throats either. But hey, that doesn’t matter; some idiotic gun club wants the bill to pass. Things are royally fucked up!
