Among the Nazis, I could have included those convicted at the Nuremberg Trials and many others.

Among the Soviets, I could have included Molotov and Semyon Timoshenko (whose forces occupied Eastern Poland shortly after the German invasion of Western Poland).

Among the Americans, I could have included Condoleezza Rice and many others.

And let's not forget W's British lapdog, Tony Blair.

He died in 2004 and was immediately deified by conservative think tanks.

To this day, no visitor to Stanford University's Hoover Institution dares to criticize RayGun. Other than that, such "scholars" as Donald Rumsfeld are encouraged to to explore the entire spectrum of political viewpoints from William F. Buckley, Jr. to Jonah Goldberg.

RayGun's favorite scientist also spent some time at the Hoover Institution.

This would seem to implicate RayGun.

Bush I, who was RayGun's Vice President, might or might not be implicated. As a former DCI, he probably took an interest in what was going on, while maintaining plausible deniability.

We lost the Vietnam War, but that was hardly a World War.

Because the USA hasn't been occupied by an enemy, our biggest war criminals have never been brought to justice.

We do sometimes convict the small fry, just to maintain appearances.
