As Crazy As Newt Is, We Can Count On Media To NOT Correct/Debunk A Damn Thing He Says.

...................................

Also – am I the only person who dreads a possible Newt v. Obama general? As crazy as Newt is, I think it’s pretty clear that we can’t count on the media to correct or debunk a damn thing he says. “IS Obama a European soshulist radical who wants everyone dependent on Food Stamps? That’s the focus of this morning’s Meet The Press…”

Also, too—I want to rip my dick off every time I hear anyone say that Newt is a “brilliant” or “good” debater. He’s just a brazen sociopath who occasionally talks in complete sentences. The shit he says in debates is “brilliant” in the same sense than going down to the Dairy Mart with a ski mask and a Glock 9 is a “brilliant” way to make 600 bucks.

and Reagan before him, for that matter--I can't say I trust the electorate not to elect a talking pig to the White House.

There was a time when being nuts was seen as a disqualifier for public office.

This is not the same country that it was in 1980. If it was, The Rev. Wright crap would have sunk Obama.

I don't think the republican party really wants Newt! Some of those on the right have already spoken out about Newt, like Christie, Scarborough, and others. They don't want him period and the powers that be in the republican party may just take him out before he goes to far. The republicans are worried about what Newt might do in way of "revenge" for what happened to him when his own party helped vote him out of office and fined him $300,000. They see just how vindictive he is with Mitt, and they are worried about him coming after them.

As far as Newt against Obama, I have to fears at all the the president would not win against him if by some miracle he did win the republican nomination. There are way to many people in this country, republicans included, that would never want to see this jerk in the WH. While the teabaggers may like him, moderate republicans don't, and while they may not vote for Obama, they could just stay home like many did with McCain.
