The slaughter of the Democratic Campaign Mgr's cat is nothing less than domestic terrorism.

yes it falls under domestic terrorism for sure. Why would somebody chose to kill an innocent cat to make their point? Yes, I am a cat lover but it wouldn't have mattered what innocent animal it was.
