.... They are discussing my salary. Not only have we been under a pay freeze for 2 years, they are not replacing people who resign or retire, so we are all doing the work of 2 or 3. Additionally, we have been operating under continuing resolutions, which means operating on budgets that do not account for increases in actual expenses.

.... is that the only business that they can actually complete? You know all these 'renaming' of facilities also costs money. Quite a bit actually. (GSA is usually involved)
