We Need New Rules For Congress on Fiscal Issues.

How about we the people demand new FISCAL Budget Bill RULES must be passed by let say Oct 30th in non election years and Sept. 30th in election years.

If congress cannot pass the next years budget by those dates they don't leave Washington, their pay is suspended and any per deems are cancelled. They don't leave or have another day off until this is completed,make them have to see Santa and the Reindeer flying around DC Christmas Eve night if need be.If there is no agreement by Dec. 15th the cots and pillows are set up in the hallways leading to both chambers

Could you imagine this happening during an election year when they are begging to leave to go make themselves out to be celebrity's to their constituents. This would also force them to show the voters just who's side they are really on rather than the bait and switch after the election that often happens.

We must all call for an end to these down to the wire negotiations that affect the lives of so many,we should be demanding more from congress
