More likely, something in connection with alcohol abuse.

or drugs or alcohol? Or is it that he's already a bastard so there's probably something terrible he's doing? I'm sympathetic to the former - I don't know why he ran for it again (except that the party realizes there's no glory in that position right now, so rather than put a Ryan or Cantor up there to be damaged, leave Boener in there as he's already tainted).
