And a few of the replies:
what is the matter with you!??????!!! why would you voted against the Sandy relief bill???? it will serve you and your tea party buddies right if the next time there is a tornado disaster in Kansas the New York and New Jersey delegations vote against relief. but it is the people of Kansas who will suffer. shame on you.
This is just downright embarrassing!! Were you off swimming nude somewhere out of state when Greensburg was leveled? Did you not know what happened in Joplin, MO last year??? What are you going to say to your fellow House members when the next town in Kansas is destroyed by a tornado?
NY/NJ/CONN got hit with a Superstorm for the first time in a century, and you voted AGAINST recovery funds? You narrow-minded sycophant.
Those states typically pay more in taxes to the federal government than they receive back, whereas Kansas receives more funds than it pays. Therefore, it seems disingenuous for all 4 Kansas congressmen to vote against the aid package. Maybe in Kevin Yoder could explain his vote, I might feel differently.
I can't believe you voted against Hurricane Sandy relief. I hope the next time Kansas is hit by a big tornado, the northeast states don't retaliate by withholding relief funds from us.
I am ashamed that you, Jenkins, and Huelskamp all voted against the relief pkg which would have helped the people of New York and New Jersey get back on their feet; I don't think you 3 truly represent the people of this state or this country! Time for all 3 of you to move on if you can't do your jobs; why not stop talking about entitlements cutting and offer to cut your over-inflated salaries and benefits! Sad to say the 3 of you "represent" our state.
I can not believe you voted against the Sandy relief for those poor American families! What in the world is wrong with you! Just imagine if you and your family had been devastated like these poor people. Everything is gone and the government is playing politics with their lives! It makes me sick!-------Where is your "compassion"? Where is your "moral sense"?------The bill they voted on was just for allowing FEMA to temporarily increase the National Flood Insurance program's borrowing limit by $9.7 billion. There was no "pork" attached to this bill.
The next time a tornado hits Kansas (with a little luck, Boy Congressman Yoder's house) you'll play hell getting help. (By the way, don't you claim to be a Christian?)
Do unto others...unless Eric Cantor, Devil Incarnate, tells you not to...
Shame on you and the other 66 Republicans from the House of Representatives who voted against the first round of federal money to pay for flood insurance claims from Hurricane Sandy. You ought to remember every one of them, all these elected officials all these elected officials who seem to have all the qualities of dogs except loyalty.

Kevin has his own agenda that doesn't include listening to his constituents. He wants to fix the debt by literally not spending one more dime on anything. Doesn't matter what it is for. He will not vote yes. I was on a call about Fiscal Cliff in Dec. Repeatedly, he didn't listen. People told him on that call they couldn't pay higher taxes and needed him to vote yes. He kept repeating the same thing. that our country has out of control debt and spending. He didn't want to send more money to DC until they figured out what to do with what they have. How about stop spending so much on war, weapons, space, congressional lifetime retirements. There are things to cut that doesn't include leaving americans literally hungry and out in the cold. kevin, take a pay cut, have the same insurance as the rest of us. The founding fathers didn't have all the big buck perks you guys have. They were probably volunteers. Yoder would likely vote no on Federal funding for a Kansas disaster. He is a "no" man.

(47,992 posts)Please tell us how much money you receive from the NRA, Kevin.
I have also noticed the Yoder family name occurring several dozens of times over the years in the following Farm SUBSIDY database. Perhaps, in light of Sam Brownback's history on the public dole, you can understand our concerns about PUBLICLY SUBSIDIZED ROYALTY running our state.
In addition to information about the NRA that is relevant to your, ahem . . . "success", would you please also describe for us the extent to which you have benefited directly or indirectly from the SOCIALISM known as Farm Subsidies described herein:

Lotta terrific repliest to Yoder.
I need to check and see what the Rep. from my previous town in rural REDneck NY state voted. He's a puke teabagger and was always sending out flyers showing us what a christian family guy he is. Complete with heartwarming pics of him with his kids.

(22,165 posts)I think that question gets to the heart of the matter. There truly has to be "something wrong" with those that voted against relief.

(2,315 posts)Each and every one of these teabaggers should be hounded daily in every forum, especially social media like facebook.
Citizens in their districts should be confronted to explain how they can vote for such fools.
Our goal should be to eliminate all just-say-no teabaggers from government. They continue to demonstrate that they have no clue how (nor any intention) to govern. Public exposure is the one thing they cannot combat.

(10,597 posts)... I hope all who voted against the Sandy bill is getting this all over the country. And I hope they get this treatment for the next two years. They are all hanging themselves, especially with votes like this one.
