This is the first time I've heard the girl was conscious. ALL the reports I've seen and even the jerks involved bragged that she was unconscious.

I guess he has to say that to try to clear his client of giving her that date rape drug.

I would not surprise me if he tries to say she gave consent. It is the classic way to defend in this type of case. And going on T.V. could make it hard to set a jury. Sounds like he is trying the whole bag of tricks.

to his client saying "I know you didn't rape me". I think it's meaningless because she was unconscious and wasted probably has no memory of anything.

and she is clueless. she is a fuckin kid. she is not assured like an older woman that would be all over his ass. she is still a kid. still programmed to be nice. and embarrassed and wants it all to go away. she said EXACTLY what i would expect a young girl.... a fuckin kid to say to make it go away. and that man is a vile piece of shit.

If their was a text sent, does the victim still have the phone? Something tells me she does not. Something tells me the last time she had it was before the crime.
It is so classic. They get her phone and texted to try and cover their tracks in case caught. They have done this before and have done a lot of homework on how to get away. Wonder what else they have done?

We need to look under every one of these disgusting rocks to find the festering truth. Being scared, while understandable, is not an acceptable excuse.

They *want* you to be scared. If you're scared, maybe you'll ignore it and it can continue.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if what you speculate turned out to be true. Sounds like these guys are professional rapists, and they have their very own support team too.

Easy to get with a court order. So that is why I think that they took it to do that. The odd part is that they thought like this. I think that the prosecution may want to see what they have checked out of the library.

And scary too. Yes, they're definitely pros at covering their tracks. Sounds like the prosecution's going to need hip-waders.
