Cupp sputtering and flustered.

The Cycle on MSNBC discussing the gun issue. Asked what use is there in civilian life for these high capacity assault type guns Cupp had no answer. Started to flop-sweat.

Instead she was parsing words saying magazines are a different argument from guns, that assault is a meaningless term and more crap like that.

I like Martin Bashir. I couldn't watch news programs all day. A couple in the evening is good.

revolvers or hammers? Its almost always an AR-15 or some derivative thereof.

I mean when was the last time you ever heard of a mass-shooter using a lever-action 30-30? Theres one in just about every closet here in the South and you can get one at pretty much any pawn shop for $2-300 cash-and-carry.

Different people "can" read different things into that definition.

a simplification is all that's required:

any weapon (gun), (made from ANY material), that is capable of delivering (or is capable of being modified to deliver) "X-number" of projectiles within "X-number" of seconds.

By assigning an "appearance" description
to the weapon, it allows too many variables.
