8. I have never trusted the judgment of Chris since he praised the debate performance of Dan Quayle

against Al Gore. When Quayle wasn't giving the same answer to every question he was flailing around getting red faced about what Gore was saying. It was pathetic but Matthews thought he had to give a contrary view on the performance.
