So Herman Cain is going to put on a minstrel show for the GOP
Wikipedia defines minstrel show as "an American entertainment consisting of comic skits, variety acts, dancing, and music, performed by white people in blackface or, especially after the Civil War, black people in blackface."
Whenever the GOP comes across one of its very few African-American members, you can count on them to put that person on stage front and center. They think that somehow, we'll see this and forget about all of their blatantly racist, bigoted, anti-minority positions. It's no coincidence that Herman Cain is giving the teabagger response to the SOTU speech. It's their way of saying "Hey, we got us one of them black folks also". And sure enough, good ole Cain has been known to literally break out into a song and dance on stage for the predominantly white rethug audiences.
