it's confusing, but it seems it's not exactly the same thing, so disregard.

(63,645 posts)...President Obama effectively cast himself as the slayer of stupid regulations. Which will come in handy when he fights to keep good regulations.
I guess it's a bonus that he didn't have to end any actual regulations to do it.

Sadly, rumors and misconceptions have become the norm, not the exception, especially when it comes to regulations and the Obama administrations work on agriculture. First, it was that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was considering treating spilled milk like an oil spill. Not true. In terms of water regulations, EPA has made it clear that recent rules do not seek to regulate land that occasionally ponds during heavy rains.

(22,541 posts)For those of us with some common sense. For the others, well now they know he's against stupid regulations. As we all are. We are for good regulations.
