Everyone who signed on to these transactions, and everyone who supervised them, should be in cells awaiting trial and looking at long terms of incarceration; the corporation should be being fined amounts equal to ten times the profits made on these deals, and if this bankrupts stock-holders and bond-holders --- well, people should be careful not to invest in a criminal enterprise.

Why would any bank now be afraid of being in business with drug lords and terrorists?

Cheers!

Martin Luther King Jr tells us how...

Our only hope today lies in our ability to recapture the revolutionary spirit and go out into a sometimes hostile world declaring eternal hostility to poverty, racism, and militarism.

We must move past indecision to action. We must find new ways to speak for peace in Vietnam and justice throughout the developing world, a world that borders on our doors. If we do not act we shall surely be dragged down the long, dark and shameful corridors of time reserved for those who possess power without compassion, might without morality, and strength without sight.

Great business move to convince the authorities to shut down HSBC. It was just business among the oligarchic elite. If someone went to jail, they might talk and blow the whole thing open. Therefore, no one goes to jail.

Don't let them forget that they all OWE us big! The working class taxpayer ALWAYS gets fucked over by the elites. One day adults will come along and fix this gaping open wound in our economy. They will punish the rich for hurting the masses. One day...

it figures that the ONLY real money for the banks to make would be the drug cartels laundering money through them. It's probably the ONLY game left that the banks can play, make big money at it, and only pay a fine when caught. Seventy percent of this Economy is consumer spending. If consumers stop or curtail spending...well...you get the picture....To the banks, money doesn't talk...it S-C-R-E-A-M-S. Oh, but HSBC didn't know they were laundering drug cartel money when they were laundering drug cartel money...yes...just like the Germans didn't know that their govt. was murdering people in gas chambers when they were murdering people in gas chambers.
