Bush #2 (pun intended)

I guess I could "google" this:
Why did Bush Jr. not show up?
Is this common, for previous presidents of differing parties, not to appear at the the inauguration? I don't know if Bill Clinton showed to Bush's, so, just asking.

...plus, cuz I can't stand either President Bush.

Because his dad is so sick and in the hospital, he was spending time with him and could not attend for that reason. At least that was the reason they gave.

and the other one has dead eyes and no soul, so he should be dead anyway.

That would be a bad beer fart walking into an otherwise sweet smelling room.
