Steroids Don't Hit Home Runs Or Pedal Bicycles
So why are steroids banned from competitive sports? Steroids didn't hit those home runs; Barry Bonds did. Steroids didn't pedal the bicycle; Lance Armstrong did. Seems to me that the only solution to a bad guy using steroids in sports is a good guy using steroids in sports. All that you achieve by banning steroids in sports is to ensure that the bad guys who ignore the ban and use the steroids anyway will have an unfair advantage over all the law-abiding athletes. So why not make sure that all athletes are on the same footing and just make it a rule that ALL athletes must use steroids? The answer isn't banning steroids; it's MORE steroids!!!

Which is exactly what happens when one abuses anabolics, they shorten your life considerably.
