A shooting in TEXAS you say?

Surely there were multiple individuals readily available to apprehend the active shooter; yet failed to act...why, exactly?

Isn't Texas the state where the Attorney General's office sent an open letter to gun owners in New York touting their lax gun laws and lower taxes?

So more guns DIDN'T stop gun related violence?

Please, Texas...tell us more!
