Shouldn't there be one for serving in congress? 
and nuisance arrests thrown around at whim. I've seen police break the law repeatedly and then chide us for what they call breaking the law. Occupy is still alive but it's had the hell beaten out of it, been ransacked and tempted by the FBI, spied upon by DHS, systematically attacked by cities/encampments cleared by force...the message is clear. Speak up against the powers that be, get beaten and arrested.
I believe the 99% have gotten this message loud and clear.
Cop repeatedly rams an Occupier, who is being held on the ground, with his baton.
LAPD grab Occupiers with no warning while they are looking entirely in the other direction, give them multiple felony charges.
On May 1 as we assembled for our march, LAPD showed up and brought out a shotgun against two citizens who had done nothing, and were later released. Dozens of cops showed up. It was intimidation. I've seen them do the same thing on an Oakland livestream; selecting random people to aim guns at where they know Occupiers are gathered. Note the smile on the face of shotgun guy as he leaves, at 1:10.
Here's my report on LAPD butting a young lady in the breast with a baton, and grabbing the livestream cellphone out of the hand of another.

At a recent Los Angeles Artwalk social gathering, a few Occupy members handed out =water-soluble children's sidewalk chalk=. Easily vanishes with a touch of water. LAPD quickly arrested multiple Artwalkers for any instance of using the chalk, then send riot cops to taser and shoot rubber bullets at the righteously irate crowd. What do LA police chief Beck and mayor Villain have to say about arrests and rubber bullets for the use of water-soluble children's chalk?
This is just Los Angeles. Oakland mayor Quan let slip that 18 mayors had conference-called about what to do about Occupy encampments. Shortly thereafter, a systematic removal. 7400+ Occupiers arrested for peaceful 1st Amendment expression and not a single word out of the White House, excepting the NDAA with its provision for indefinite detention of US citizens without trial or representation, and HR347, which makes it a 10-year Federal crime to protest where there are Secret Service present. Guess what? Obama just signed life time SS protection for himself and W Bush. This is now a Federal crime. The voice of The People has been silenced:

And where are the investigations and arrests of the corrupt banksters and Wall Streeters who took our tax dollars and crashed the economy, which still benefits them and increasingly, not us?
Yes, I can talk about these things, but actually get out and show up and demand something be done, and you'll meet militarized police and the prison-industrial complex (which is increasingly for-profit via the phony as hell "war on drugs"
