I prefer restaurants that offer Liberal servings of vegetables.

I like banks that offer Liberal interest rates on deposits.
Liberal credit terms are great when you're buying a car or getting a mortgage.
Companies that offer Liberal wages and Liberal vacation and sick leave are usually good places to work.
I like Liberal trade-in offers at car dealers.
I always apply Liberal amounts of sunscreen on the back of my neck when going fishing.

Pretty generally, Liberal is a good thing, it seems to me.

If you believe in a world of plenty, then we should all be liberal.

have tried to turn it into a dirty word. Let's reclaim it!

How about companies that have a Liberal return policy on purchases? I like those, too.

In fact, that's the way an economy grows: we're liberal with our money, we spend it on goods and services (and we make sure the needy have enough to spend on the necessities and a few treats too).

If businesses are liberal with their benefits then more people will want to work for them, and if they're liberal with their products, then more people will want to buy them.

I don't recall ever hearing the term 'conservative arts,' unless you consider greed virtuous...oh, wait...

I have to agree. Now, I can't say that that degree has been a path to riches, but that wasn't my intent, anyhow.

but I obtained it at a liberal-arts institution, and I have no regrets about having attended a school that required a full-blown term paper in every single class that I took. I looked upon it as an exercise in character-building.
