(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE SANCTION by Judge Andrew J. Guilford. (See document for details.) The Court therefore now ORDERS Taitz to show cause in writing why she should not be sanctioned for lying to this Court. Taitz, and any other party, may file by February 4, 2013, papers on this order to show cause not exceeding 10 pages each in total. 50. As an attorney she is still subject to fines and jail if she violates certain laws or court orders.

I have NO IDEA why she isn't in jail already. She routinely violates court orders.

She can be disbarred, and I have no idea why that hasn't gone forward. It's possible that proceedings are going on and we just aren't privy to them.

means the Judge has heard enough and it's a last chance at coming clean. If the Judge determines Taitz is lying she exits through the back door in cuffs. If she doesn't appear an active warrant is issued meaning they're coming to get her.
