No recess appointments, eh?

So, Republican activist judges deny Obama the same kind of recess appointments that were made by the previous president who just happened to have his job thanks to the actions of higherup Republican activist judges.

It will be interesting to see what the activist judges on the USSC who were appointed by the previous president (whose campaign condemned activist judges, BTW), will do when the whole thing comes to their court. Which it will.
