Mayor Bloomberg did not intend to tell people what to drink AT HOME. It's the size of the drinks allowed to be sold. Doesn't say how many you are limited to buy. Such a silly way to express disagreement with a benign law.

I hate smoking, but NYC begs to be gone around when they do things that dumb
