Mayor Bloomberg did not intend to tell people what to drink AT HOME. It's the size of the drinks allowed to be sold. Doesn't say how many you are limited to buy. Such a silly way to express disagreement with a benign law.

No problem selling cartons of cigarettes at the same store you can't buy a large soda.

Such a strange decision.
