No pyrotechnic displays in nightclubs. Ever.

The band that set off a pyrotechnic display in Brazil resulting in the deaths of near 250 should be charged with murder.

Like the band in the RI nightclub, they're guilty of criminal stupidity. They're mass murderers.

which is why most clubs dont allow it, but some bands feel they have a right to do it anyway.

What I read on CNN just now is that 2000 people were in a club with a max of 1000. in this case, I would hold the person running the concert responsible.

My friends went to a concert in Ft Lauderdale last week at a place called Revolution. Three of them passed out from lack of oxygen in the room. It was overcrowded and people could barely move. Any emergency could have caused a crushing stampede. The 3 that passed out said they didn't even feel faint before it happened. They just dropped. When they got outside they could see dozens of people trying to recover.

We have so very much we can do with harmless light, and when you add lasers to the mix, you can have a great show that is safe. I'm surprised they still use fireworks in indoor stadiums, that's just begging for an accident to happen.

Idiots always have to push these shows to the limits to get the thrills and excitement.

They'll never learn.
