Fly Me To The Moon.

Newt Gingrich wants to put a colony of 13 thousands people on the moon and make it the 51st state of the United States. He wants this done by 2020. He also wants to use the moon to help stop crime on earth by using mirrors to reflect the sun light back to dark areas of the United States. I just have one question. Did the Federal Government finally legalize marijuana?
