To all the Republicans who get laid off in the Sequester

How long are you going to keep doing this to yourself, Bunky? Mitt Romney gets to keep his special deductions. You are out of a job. And you voted for it.

Bunky, I'm very sorry. Republicans aren't fighting for democracy, freedom or virtue. That's just what they put on their T-shirts. Watch a few of them on TV now that you have lost your job. Watch Fox News carefully. You will see it.

Let this be a tipping point.

There'd be a large measure of humor in that, but for the fact that it screws us too......Maybe it will wake a few of them up......Few!!....

3. I doubt that the teabagger class republican, which is most republicans these days, will wake up.

I have to deal with some of them. They're one paycheck from disaster, but they fly into a rage when raising the minimum wage or fair taxation is mentioned. They fall all on the side of low wages, union busting and supporting the super rich with tax loopholes. I doubt that one can wake those fools up with a hammer slam to their heads.

Me too....That's why I stressed FEW!!!!.....

Waking up would be largely dependent on being capable of thinking for ones self.....The teabagger class have shown all too often their absolute willingness and even dependency on allowing the likes of Limpball and Blech to think FOR them, then TELL them what they think.....Frees up more time to watch their heros on reality TV shows like Swamp people and Doomsday Preppers...

Those two should never be used in the same sentence.

h I am a Leftie, I think we must reason with others, so I try to figure out what to do about THEIR issues, but . . .

Try as much as I do, reality test, reality test, reality test . . . I am forced to come back to the rather apparent FACT that Republicans don't know shit about freedom and not very goddamned much about virtue.

I'm telling you, I give others the benefit of any doubt that I can reasonably give to them, but the truth is Republicans are either stupid or they are liars about anything having to do with democracy and virtue, but most extremely much more so when they use the word freedom.

I'm getting old; I have known and I still know tons of people, the ones with the strongest fascistic tendencies are Republicans and LiberTEAyrans and ConsTEAtutionalists.

Sequester was a Dem idea that is going to come back to whack us big time. Timmy the Turd has said that the Government will be able to move monies around for the most part for about 90 to 120 days, preventing a major financial melt down. Watch and see how the Rethugs come up with a budget that protects the Military Industrial Complex by shifting huge chunks of money from Medicare,Obama Care,Education, and the biggest item, whacking Social Security payments to our Seniors. Paul Ryan has said on many occasions that this is his will,be damn the workers or Seniors, they will force Obama to either veto this shit or sign it.

When Biden met with McTurtle in 2011,that was the nail in our coffin. Don't give a rats what DUers say,Biden is still a shill for the Wall Street Crowd, just check the History Books.

8. If it's a Dem idea, why don't the House Republicans just pass a repeal bill?

They pass symbolic repeal bills all the time. Why not pass a Sequester repeal bill?

The Republican/Tea Party is to blame for the continued existence of the Sequester. They know that a repeal bill would be passed instantly by the Senate and signed by Obama.

in our thoughts the next few weeks as they may lose their jobs. I wanted to reply that I'll be thinking of them, as I always have people in my thoughts and prayers who have fallen on hard times, but the difference between me and his repuke buddies is that I won't be thinking that those same people who are still unemployed a week, a month, a few months later are lazy moochers and takers.
