ALERTER'S COMMENTS:

I understand this is going to be a tough call. However Mr. Leser is essentially spamming the board with promotions for his radio show, and video appearances. Since his radio show and web site are supported by commercial advertisements, he is essentially spamming this board to make money. It is no different that Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow, or any other talk show host coming on this board and trying to promote their respective shows. I think these self promoting posts need to be deleted, and the admins have a talk with Mr. Leser about not doing this in the future. Having a link in the sig line is one thing, posting threads and kicking them to keep them in view is an entirely different matter.

6. LOL, I noticed I had a response to this OP from "ignored". I was almost curious what they had to say

In the dozens of responses, OPs and other things I post each week, two to three OPs a week are about my show. I was a member of DU for years before I had a show. The show is a political show that is completely in line with the general bent of the site.

There are at least four other folks who have political media gigs that post information about the stuff they are doing here on DU. I am not going to name them because they dont deserve negative attention anymore than I do in this case. I am willing to bet that the alerter has not gone after them.

Obviously there are things going on in the alerter's life that cause them to be a very unhappy individual in general and it makes them upset to see someone else either happy or doing well. I hope alerter deals with those things instead of focusing on me.
