Gingrinch speaks some form of Beltway babble and Mittens doesn't have a clue what he just said or what he's about to say.

It's nice to have a president who is intelligent and articulate.

wonder about the 23 percent and 15 percent of Democrats who, respectively, believe that Romney and Gingrich understand the needs of average Americans.
