...and more accurate comment from the grunts in response to the officer's concern that there could be a 'lack of respect of the officer corps', would be 'Well maybe now we won't have to resort to fragging the SOB'.

Senior female military officers are in line with the program. That's how they get to be senior female military officers.

you can't change human behavior you can only punish undesirable behavior. I think we should have more women at the top but that in and of itself probably won't fix anything because it depends on what they think and value not just their gender.
